Workshop Description
Join us at Studio Mooi and learn the basics of crochet while creating your own stylish and practical water bottle holder! In this beginner-friendly workshop, yarn expert Brooke will guide you through the foundational crochet skills needed to complete a functional project perfect for the end of the summer season and for the return to the classroom. Along the way, you'll learn essential beginner techniques including how to hold your hook and yarn, create the stitches used in the pattern, work in the round, shape your project, and finish it with a sturdy strap. By the end of the workshop, you'll have the skill-set and confidence to continue exploring crochet. AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 12+ (with participating adult) or 14+ LEVEL: Beginner — no previous crochet experience necessary. MATERIALS PROVIDED: Crochet hook Yarn Stitch markers Pattern and all materials needed to complete your water bottle holder Enjoy tea, coffee, and something sweet while you create! Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. Up to 7 days before the workshop, registrations may be: - Held as a credit on file, or - Transferred to another workshop of equal or greater value - Both of these processes are subject to a $15 administrative fee. To request a credit or transfer, please email hello@studiomooi.ca with the workshop you wish to move to. Our team will follow up to assist. Within 7 days of the workshop, credits and transfers are no longer available. Within this 7-day period, you may send someone in your place. Replacement participant details (first and last name, email, and phone number) must be provided at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.
