Workshop Description

10/12/24 | 2:30pm to 5:30pm Learn to create a beautiful Fall Floral Cupcake Bouquets centrepiece using buttercream icing. In this workshop you will be guided by Shawna from Bosshog Baking Co. with over 25 years of cake decorating experience, in creating a bouquet of 7 fall floral inspired cupcakes using buttercream icing. You will learn to pipe 2 flowers: A sunflower, and a rose, in an autumn inspired colour palette. Perfect hostess gift for a Thanksgiving dinner! Cakes will be pumpkin spice. Frosting will include hints of vanilla, pumpkin spice, and chocolate. AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 12+ (accompanied by an adult) LEVEL: Beginner, no previous experience necessary MATERIALS: 7 Cupcakes Buttercream icing Piping tips Tips & Tricks Keepsake flower pot PLEASE NOTE: Cupcakes and icing are not made in a nut free or allergen free kitchen. Please advise us of any allergies prior to signing up for this workshop. All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know.

Cancellation Policy

Classes are non-refundable and you cannot reschedule or transfer to another class. Our facilitators customize, purchase and prepare the materials for each participant in advance. If you would like to send someone else in your place, that’s absolutely okay, however we will need for you to provide their name, phone number and email address 24 hours before the class scheduled time either by email or phone. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Should any updated COVID restrictions require us to postpone classes, your ticket will be moved to a rescheduled date or converted to a Twelve (12) month credit that can be used to rebook into an alternative class at a later date.
