Workshop Description
Unwrap your creativity this season with a hands-on workshop where we transform vintage-style ceramic ornaments into one-of-a-kind works of art. Using abstract mark-making and bold colour play, you’ll design ornaments that feel modern, joyful, and uniquely yours. You’ll leave with a beautiful hand-painted ornament ready to hang or to gift. No experience required, just a love of colour and creativity! What we’ll do: Learn quick techniques for abstract painting and pattern-making. Experiment with colour layering, brushstrokes, and playful marks. Personalize your ornaments with your own artistic flair. Seal your piece with varnish so it lasts for many holidays to come. AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 18+ LEVEL: Beginner, no previous experience necessary MATERIALS PROVIDED Ceramic ornament Velvet ribbon for hanging Gesso for priming Acrylic paints + paint markers Foam brush and varnish for a polished, durable finish All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable and you cannot reschedule or transfer to another class. Our facilitators customize, purchase and prepare the materials for each participant in advance. If you would like to send someone else in your place, that’s absolutely okay, however we will need for you to provide their name, phone number and email address 24 hours before the class scheduled time either by email or phone. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Should any updated COVID restrictions require us to postpone classes, your ticket will be moved to a rescheduled date or converted to a Twelve (12) month credit that can be used to rebook into an alternative class at a later date.
