• Studio Mooi reserves the right to deny entry into, or remove a participant from any workshop or event where we have reasonable cause to do so, including anyone who is deemed to be acting inappropriately towards others or at risk to themselves, or under the influence of excessive alcohol or illicit drugs.

• Participant agrees to comply with all safety precautions and recommendations during the workshop. Studio Mooi and/or the facilitators are not responsible for any injury that may occur to the participant on the premises or during the workshop.

• In attending Studio Mooi, participant agrees that Studio Mooi and the attending facilitators are not responsible for any theft that may occur on our premises or in the workshop.

• When arriving, attending and leaving Studio Mooi, it is the participants responsibility to ensure that they maintain and adhere to all the safety precautions and requirements during the workshop. 

• By attending a workshop, participant accepts full responsibility and liability for any damages, injuries to parties involved and physical and/or personal property that may occur during the workshop.

• When attending a workshop, participant agrees that they will not reproduce, replicate or redistribute any element of the class or materials provided or content from our website or social platforms in part or full for personal use.

• Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  Discount codes must be applied at the time of order and cannot be applied or refunded after the checkout process.

• We offer a variety of amounts for gift cards, including custom amounts, which can be purchased here. 

• Our E-Gift Cards do not expire.

• Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

• Studio Mooi does not share personal information with a third party.

• After purchasing a product or attending a workshop, participants may receive an email from Studio Mooi notifying them about upcoming events or special offers.  To unsubscribe, please do so via the unsubscribe button option on our website or by contacting hello@studiomooi.ca

• Cancellations are not permitted and all registration are non-refundable.

• Up to 7 days before the workshop, registrations may be:

  • Held as a credit on file, or

  • Transferred to another workshop of equal or greater value

  • Both of these processes are subject to a $15 administrative fee.

• To request a credit or transfer, please email hello@studiomooi.ca with the workshop you wish to move to. Our team will follow up to assist.

• Within 7 days of the workshop, credits and transfers are no longer available.

• Within this 7-day period, you may send someone in your place. Replacement participant details (first and last name, email, and phone number) must be provided at least 48 hours before the workshop begins.

• Each workshop requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If this minimum is not met, Studio Mooi reserves the right to cancel the workshop. Other reasons for cancellations may include but are not limited to weather, emergencies, Acts of God, etc.

• In the event of a studio-initiated cancellation, participants will be notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop date.

• If a workshop is cancelled by the studio, participants may choose one of the following options:

  • Transfer to another workshop of equal or greater value. Registration credit will be applied, and the participant is responsible for any price difference.

  • Credit on file for use toward a future workshop registration.

  • Full refund to the original method of payment.

• Please visit our website for any announcements related to weather.  We will also email participants if there are any changes to our schedule due to inclement weather.  

• Customers and participants will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required to do so under any relevant laws.  Refund or exchange will occur, if an item is faulty, or incorrectly shipped.

• Studio Mooi cannot offer refund or exchange on sale items.

In the event that the customer believes that they are entitled to a refund or exchange, please provide the following within 7 days:​

• Full name and address

• Original Order Number

• Reason for claiming an exchange or refund

• Goods returned unused and new conditions.

• For cancellations 30+ days before the start of camp , we will provide a refund  minus a 20% cancellation fee.

• ​If the child's enrollment is canceled within 30 days of the camp start date, Studio Mooi can not issue a refund,  unless we fill the spot from our waitlist,  in which case we will offer a refund minus the 10% cancellation fee. 

• CANCELLATIONS must be requested in writing via email. The date stamp on the email will serve as the time marker for your request date.

• If you wish to transfer your Participant’s camp week to another week, approval by Studio Mooi of such transfer will be determined on a case-by-case basis and per availability.

• In the event that we have to cancel a class, camp, or private event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be fully refunded.

• Please note there are no refunds for a booked event – however Studio Mooi will happily issue a credit if the booking is cancelled at least 3 weeks prior to the event.  This credit can only be used for re-booking of your event.

• Studio Mooi reserves the right to use photographic material for advertising and promotional purposes.  Enrollment in a class serves as a release for your photo or photo of of your handwork to be published on Facebook and/or Instagram.  If you do not want yourself or a family member photographed, please let us know when you register for a class or event. 

• The name “Studio Mooi” is a trademark and trade name and may not be used without express permission.

• All content on the Studio Mooi website may not be copied or reproduced in part or whole without our express written permission.
