Booking a workshop is easy! Simply book online via our website, or in-person at Studio Mooi.  We accept credit card, debit or PayPal.  Only once full payment is received, your place in the workshop will be reserved.

Absolutely! If you book more than 4 people into one workshop, please contact us directly at hello@studiomooi.ca to receive a 10% discount code.

Currently, we are only offering workshops for adults and mature teenagers (14+ unless stated otherwise in the description).

Unfortunately, due to space restrictions, only participants who have purchased a workshop ticket are allowed in the space. If an interpreter or caregiver is needed, please feel free to contact us directly for accommodations.

Please try to come on time, as it's challenging to join a workshop that has already started.  Late admission to the workshop is at the discretion of the facilitator.

Absolutely, we do provide light nibbles and refreshments during our workshops. If you would like to bring along any additional food to snack on due to dietary restrictions, please feel free. We encourage our guests to bring their own reusable cup/mug.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual workshop description, we will provide everything you need to have a successful workshop (and great time!)

Participant sizes vary between the different workshops offered, but generally the workshop size ranges from 10-20 people.

Unfortunately, no, all of our facilitators work very hard at the craft and therefore everything is copyrighted.

Please Note: At the end of each workshop, we do allow for selfie pictures at our "selfie wall", which is yours to share on social media.

Workshops are non-refundable and you cannot reschedule or transfer to another workshops.  Our facilitators customize, purchase and prepare the materials for each participant in advance.  

If you would like to send someone else in your place, that’s absolutely okay, however we will need for you to provide their name, phone number and email address 24 hours before the workshop scheduled time either by email or phone.

We are unable to transfer a credit after the workshop date has passed.

Currently our studio space is on one floor which can accomodate wheelchairs, but DOES NOT offer wheelchair accessibility for the washrooms, which are on a separate floor.
