Calligraphy is the art of beautiful writing that blends traditional tools into a mindful practice that is the perfect antidote to today’s busy live. Using traditional calligraphy tools, including a dip pen with nib and archival inks, in this 3 hour workshop, calligrapher Danielle Sweeney will teach you the basics of calligraphy. You’ll learn how to seamlessly blend your own handwriting into a modern style of calligraphy that will you love your letters. WORKSHOP INFORMATION AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 14+ LEVEL: Beginner, no previous experience necessary - basic knowledge of cursive writing is a bonus. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable and you cannot reschedule or transfer to another class. Our facilitators customize, purchase and prepare the materials for each participant in advance. If you would like to send someone else in your place, that’s absolutely okay, however we will need for you to provide their name, phone number and email address 24 hours before the class scheduled time either by email or phone. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Should any updated COVID restrictions require us to postpone classes, your ticket will be moved to a rescheduled date or converted to a Twelve (12) month credit that can be used to rebook into an alternative class at a later date.
