Workshop Description

06/13/24 and 06/20/24 | 6:30 to 9:30pm Looking to take your jewellery making to the next level? This is the class for you! Intermediate Silver Jewellery Making opens the door to your imagination. In this class you will work on a project of your choice under the guidance of Metalsmith Danielle Sweeney. Students are welcome to make a pendant, pair of pendant earrings or another silver ring of their own design following the same two class format: wax carving on day one, followed by jewellery finishing on day two. Students will be asked to submit a design via email one week prior to the class, and will receive direct feedback and a customized work plan so they use the skills they learned in Silver Ring Casting to dive straight into making their jewellery when they arrive in class. Please note: Gemset rings, earrings or pendants are NOT available to make during this time.
