Workshop Description
05/05/24 | 10am to 1pm 06/22/24 | 10am to 1pm In this three-hour class, Liat from DewDrop Inc. will teach you how to colour mix, condition, shape, form, bake and sand your clay earring components like a pro. You will learn techniques of how to sculpt and form beautiful polymer clay earrings. Work with 18K gold-plated or sterling silver-plated jewelry findings to create upscale designs. You will learn the fundamental and techniques of (as well as troubleshooting tips for) polymer clay earring making and at the end of the workshop, you will have made 3 pairs of earrings (wearable art!) for yourself or for friends and family. WORKSHOP DETAILS AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 12+ (with adult accompaniment) LEVEL: This workshop is beginner level so anyone is able to attend with no knowledge of polymer clay MATERIALS PROVIDED Polymer clay in various colours 18K gold-plated or sterling silver-plated jewelry findings Rollers Wooden picks Gold and silver foil Earring card displays A keepsake box, and cotton gift bag for packaging your earrings. Please Note: There is an extra $7 charge for clip-on findings. All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable and you cannot reschedule or transfer to another class. Our facilitators customize, purchase and prepare the materials for each participant in advance. If you would like to send someone else in your place, that’s absolutely okay, however we will need for you to provide their name, phone number and email address 24 hours before the class scheduled time either by email or phone. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Should any updated COVID restrictions require us to postpone classes, your ticket will be moved to a rescheduled date or converted to a Twelve (12) month credit that can be used to rebook into an alternative class at a later date.
