Workshop Description
05/11/24 | 10am to 6pm Lean into your creative self and trust your intuition as your guide as you work through the creation of a stained glass mirror/window during this full day workshop. You will learn to cut, grind, foil, and solder stained glass pieces together using the copper foil method. Be prepared to put the idea of right angles, perfection and patterns aside and instead let the glass pieces speak as you shape your mirror into a unique masterpiece and honour all the curves and imperfections along the way. This is Tammy's favourite way to create so expect her to be extra energized! 2 Mirror size options: Option 1: medium 12'' x 12'' range $450 Option 2: large 14'' x 14'' range $550 WORKSHOP DETAILS AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 14+ LEVEL: Beginner, no previous experience necessary. MATERIALS PROVIDED: Stained glass Pattern Solder Copper foil Mirror Growzers Wire Grinder Soldering iron Foiling machine Various hand tools *Please Note: You must wear closed toe shoes. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable and you cannot reschedule or transfer to another class. Our facilitators customize, purchase and prepare the materials for each participant in advance. If you would like to send someone else in your place, that’s absolutely okay, however we will need for you to provide their name, phone number and email address 24 hours before the class scheduled time either by email or phone. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Should any updated COVID restrictions require us to postpone classes, your ticket will be moved to a rescheduled date or converted to a Twelve (12) month credit that can be used to rebook into an alternative class at a later date.
