Workshop Description
Roll up your sleeves and join us at Studio Mooi for another unforgettable pasta-making experience! In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the art of crafting fresh stuffed pasta from scratch. Begin by mixing and kneading your own dough, then dive into shaping techniques to create classic stuffed pastas like ravioli and tortellini. Learn tips and tricks for perfecting your dough, different types of filling and different ways to shape and cut your filled pasta. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or a beginner, this session promises fun and delicious results. Leave with the skills to impress your loved ones and take home your fresh pasta to use in your favourite recipes. AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 14+ (with a participating adult) LEVEL: Beginner, no previous experience necessary MATERIALS PROVIDED Raw materials for dough (flour, eggs, salt) Ricotta cheese-based filling (vegetarian friendly!) Bench scrapers Rolling pins Cutters and shapes Forks Plastic Wrap Knives Packaging to take pasta home All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. When booking for four or more people into one workshop, please contact us by email at hello@studiomooi.ca directly to receive at 10% discount. Workshops require a minimum of 4 participants to run; if this minimum not met, the session may be cancelled and participants will be notified accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. Up to 7 days before the workshop, registrations may be: - Held as a credit on file, or - Transferred to another workshop of equal or greater value - Both of these processes are subject to a $15 administrative fee. To request a credit or transfer, please email hello@studiomooi.ca with the workshop you wish to move to. Our team will follow up to assist. Within 7 days of the workshop, credits and transfers are no longer available. Within this 7-day period, you may send someone in your place. Replacement participant details (first and last name, email, and phone number) must be provided at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.
