How much does an average event cost?
Each of our events is uniquely tailored based on the location, date, number of guests, and services selected. We gather all relevant details to design an event that perfectly fits your needs, resulting in varied pricing. Every client receives a customized proposal specifically for them.
Can I book any workshop for my private event?
We offer a wide range of fantastic experiences for your event at Studio Mooi. Many of our workshops are available for private bookings, with considerations for materials, space availability, cost, and the number of participants. Once you have decided to book with us, a Studio Mooi representative can guide you through all the options available.
How early should I start planning my event?
The sooner the better! Some companies schedule their events up to a year in advance. While we will strive to accommodate last-minute event requests, we highly recommend confirming your event with us at least 30 days before the event date to ensure availability.
What are our payment terms?
A 50% deposit of your estimated invoice amount is required upon confirmation of your event order. The remaining balance is invoiced and due 7 days before your event date.
Can we bring food and beverages to your space?
Absolutely! We offer package options that include use of our kitchenette space and serving utensils. If you would like to serve alcoholic beverages, a special permit is required, but don't worry, we'll guide you through the application process.
Do you offer events onsite and offsite?
When you book an event with Studio Mooi you have the option to either host it in our lovely studio (max 20 participants) or we can also travel to your location. Applicable Mobile Studio fees are calculated relative to distance travelled.
How many participants can you host?
Our minimum number is 10 people and then it just goes up from there. In our studio, we can host a maximum of 22 people, offsite...the numbers are endless!

How to book a Studio Mooi Experience​
Here are all the details on how to book an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

1. Complete the Corporate Event Inquiry Form.
Fill in the form with all the essential details, including the date for your workshop, number of participants, and a bit about your event, to give us a feel for the project.

2. We’ll be in touch
Once we receive your inquiry form, you will receive an automated email to notify you that we have received your request and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, you'll gain exclusive access to our Corporate Event Offerings document that you can browse and choose from.

3. Discovery Call
In order for us to really create the most fantastic event, we will connect to ask all the questions and answer any questions you may have. This is a great opportunity to chat about the variety of options for workshops and help you choose a craft that we feel best fits your venue and event.

4. Reserving Your Event
Once we have solidified your event and date, you will receive a Studio Mooi Events package which will include all the details including date, time, location, materials and supplies etc. We will also include an event agreement and invoice for the initial 50% deposit to secure your event date. Once we receive the deposit, you're date and event is locked in.

5. Day of the Event
Scheduling for the day of the event will vary depending if you have chosen to do it onsite or offsite. Regardless of the location, Studio Mooi takes care of all set up, facilitation, and clean up on the day of you event. Sit back, relax and get crafty with us!​​
At the Studio

3o minutes prior the event starts, you are welcome to set up, bring refreshments, decorations etc.

Workshop session time varies depending on the craft chosen.

Once the event is finished, leave the mess to us! You leave and we clean!

Offsite Venue

We’ll arrive approximately 45 - 1 hour prior to the event start time for set-up. (This time varies based on the craft chosen).

At the end of your event, the Studio Mooi team will clean up the event space, it was like we were never there!
