Workshop Description
Monday 22 June | 6:30pm to 8:30pm Saturday 27 June | 2:30pm to 4:30pm Transform your family member’s artwork into a beautiful, lasting keepsake. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to thoughtfully curate, cut, and collage your family member’s drawings and paintings onto a single 20 x 24 canvas. Perfect for preserving all your little one’s school projects that currently live in a box. We’ll guide you through composition, layering, and design techniques to help you turn everyday “fridge art” into a meaningful, elevated piece using a variety of other art mediums such as acrylic paint, paper etc. Once dry your heirloom piece can be proudly displayed or given as a gift. PLEASE NOTE: Participants must bring at least 20 pieces of art (paintings, drawings) that will be used to create their heirloom art. Pieces may need to be picked up next day to allow for dry time All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. Up to 7 days before the workshop, registrations may be: - Held as a credit on file, or - Transferred to another workshop of equal or greater value - Both of these processes are subject to a $15 administrative fee. To request a credit or transfer, please email hello@studiomooi.ca with the workshop you wish to move to. Our team will follow up to assist. Within 7 days of the workshop, credits and transfers are no longer available. Within this 7-day period, you may send someone in your place. Replacement participant details (first and last name, email, and phone number) must be provided at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.
