Workshop Description
Learn to create a beautiful edible floral bouquet using cupcakes and buttercream icing. In this workshop you will be guided by our cake artist Shawna, who has over 25 years of cake decorating experience, in creating a bouquet of 7 romantic, Valentine inspired cupcakes using buttercream icing. You will learn to pipe 3 different buttercream florals, including roses, mini roses, and greenery in beautiful shades of cream and pink…all while enjoying a glass of bubbly (first drink included). Perfect for a Galentines night out, the perfect Valentines date night, or a self-care night out just for you. Cakes will be vanilla. Buttercream frosting may include hints of vanilla, lemon, strawberry, raspberry, and/or beetroot. AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 19+ with proof of valid ID LEVEL: Beginner + intermediate. No experience necessary. MATERIALS: Cupcakes Buttercream icing Piping tips Tips & Tricks Cupcake box to take your creations home PLEASE NOTE: Cupcakes and icing are not made in a nut free or allergen free kitchen. Please advise us of any allergies prior to signing up for this workshop. All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. Up to 7 days before the workshop, registrations may be: - Held as a credit on file, or - Transferred to another workshop of equal or greater value - Both of these processes are subject to a $15 administrative fee. To request a credit or transfer, please email hello@studiomooi.ca with the workshop you wish to move to. Our team will follow up to assist. Within 7 days of the workshop, credits and transfers are no longer available. Within this 7-day period, you may send someone in your place. Replacement participant details (first and last name, email, and phone number) must be provided at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.
