At Studio Mooi, after-school creativity is more than just a class—it’s a place where young makers can explore, imagine, and create. From mixed-media arts in our Mooi Maker Clubs (for both littles and bigs), painting, hand sewing, sculpture, and seasonal crafts, to cozy handmade creations in our Cozy Crochet Club, and the latest trending DIYs and viral-inspired projects in our newest club: The Trend Lab, each program offers a new creative adventure.
Studio Mooi is prides itself in being a place where kids can express themselves, try new things, make new friends, and become part of a supportive community where every creation is celebrated.

After-School Club Options

Mini Mooi Maker Club (SK-Gr. 2)
Tuesdays 4-5:30pm
(Optional after-school pick up available)
Mini Mooi Maker Club, geared for our youngest of makers, is a fun, hands-on arts and crafts club, where participants are encouraged self-expression, imagination, and creative exploration. Focusing on fine motor skills and learning new artistic techniques, each week introduces new skills such as hand sewing basics to watercolour painting to sculpture.
Cozy Crochet Club (Gr. 4-8)
Wednesday 4-5:30pm
(Optional after-school pick up available)
Hook, loop, repeat — and make something totally your own! Studio Mooi's Cozy Crochet Club is the perfect place for young makers to learn one of the trendiest crafts around. New crocheters will learn the basics creating projects from crochet bags to stuffies, while advanced crocheters will dive into advanced stitches such as amigurumi, granny squares and other various projects based on individual skill level.
Mooi Maker Club (Gr. 3-6)
Thursdays 4-5:30pm
(Optional after-school pick up available)
Mooi Maker Club is a mixed media arts and crafts club where artists will get to experiment, express themselves, and try things they've never done before. Learn art fundamentals like basic colour theory and texture and then take a stab and learning embroidery and other textile arts.
The Trend Lab (Gr. 6-8)
Tuesdays 6-7pm
Welcome to The Trend Lab where the internet's most viral crafts come to life IRL (in real life). In this project based club, our older crafters we'll be creating a total of SIX trending crafts, such as puffy embroidery, name pennants and other Pinterest projects everyone's been wanting to try. All materials provided and no experience needed — just show up ready to create.
