Campers will explore interior design through hands-on art, building, and styling projects. Campers learn about colour palettes, floor plans, textures, create their own accessories and decor for own space as well as plan and construct a mini version of their dream space. The week ends with a Mini Mooi Home Tour, where families are invited to explore each camper’s finished space and celebrate their unique design vision. All our summer camps end the week with a camp party and a pizza lunch! Our camp schedule consists of 2 work periods full of crafting and creating. Students will also have independent time where they can play with their friends. We will include some outdoor play time to stretch our legs and burn some energy. Each week, participants will have the opportunity to explore a variety of new artistic techniques and mediums - think: painting, sculpting, weaving, and just being creative with friends. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged; no tryouts, no auditions needed! We dynamically adapt each project to each maker’s age, skill level, and curiosity, encouraging playful experimentation. On the 7th week, artists create a collaborative gallery show for friends and family to come see their amazing work. Studio Mooi offers a hassle-free solution for birthday party planning, eliminating the stress and preparation involved. We have carefully selected projects tailored to the age of your child, allowing you to simply choose two crafts from our list, or pick a theme and leave the rest to us. Studio Mooi handles all the details, making the process easy and enjoyable. Pricing: ​ Birthday Parties are $450 +tax for up to 10 children, including the birthday celebrant (each additional child is $45 +tax). We require a $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date. Our Studio can accommodate a total of 20 children, including the birthday celebrant.
