Beginner Tatting Skills and Techniques

Workshop Description
Join Tiffany of forgetmeknotTO and learn the fundamental skills and techniques of the incredible craft of tatting lace. First, using your own hands and fingers, you will learn the key tatting movements for making the basic stitch on bulky cord. Then, once you feel comfortable, take your skills to the next level and practice tatting with a shuttle and thread! This gradual progression makes our tatting workshop beginner-friendly and allows participants to walk away feeling comfortable and confident in their newfound understanding of the foundational tatting skills. WORKSHOP DETAILS AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 19+ (adults only) LEVEL: Beginner friendly PLEASE NOTE: Tatting is a technical craft that requires fine motor skills and patience. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. Up to 7 days before the workshop, registrations may be: - Held as a credit on file, or - Transferred to another workshop of equal or greater value - Both of these processes are subject to a $15 administrative fee. To request a credit or transfer, please email hello@studiomooi.ca with the workshop you wish to move to. Our team will follow up to assist. Within 7 days of the workshop, credits and transfers are no longer available. Within this 7-day period, you may send someone in your place. Replacement participant details (first and last name, email, and phone number) must be provided at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.
