Workshop Description
PLEASE NOTE: Read the full workshop listing before booking! Depending on your chosen booking option, you may be required to bring materials from home. Discover the joy of English Paper Piecing (EPP), a relaxing hand-sewing technique that allows you to create beautiful geometric designs using fabric and paper templates. In this beginner-friendly workshop with Brooke, you’ll learn the basics of EPP and put your new skills into practice by making your very own handmade fabric bookmark. No previous sewing experience is needed! We’ll guide you through the process step by step, from preparing your fabric pieces to stitching them together by hand. You’ll learn how to use paper templates to create neat shapes and precise seams, while enjoying a creative and mindful sewing session. WORKSHOP DETAILS AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 14+ (if accompanied by a participating adult) Beginner, no previous experience necessary. CHOOSE YOUR BOOKING OPTION: With Materials Included — Everything you need for the workshop will be provided, so you can simply arrive, get comfortable, and enjoy the experience. BYOM (Bring Your Own Materials) — Already have some sewing supplies at home? Choose this option and bring the following materials with you: - 1 sewing needle - Sewing thread in white or a neutral colour - 8 fabric squares, each measuring 2.5 × 2.5 inches All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know. BOOKING INFORMATION Your reservation is only complete once full payment is received. When booking for four or more people into one workshop, please contact us directly via email at hello@studiomooi.ca to receive a 10% discount.

Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. Up to 7 days before the workshop, registrations may be: - Held as a credit on file, or - Transferred to another workshop of equal or greater value - Both of these processes are subject to a $15 administrative fee. To request a credit or transfer, please email hello@studiomooi.ca with the workshop you wish to move to. Our team will follow up to assist. Within 7 days of the workshop, credits and transfers are no longer available. Within this 7-day period, you may send someone in your place. Replacement participant details (first and last name, email, and phone number) must be provided at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.
