Roll up your sleeves and join us at Studio Mooi for an unforgettable pasta-making experience! In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the art of crafting fresh pasta from scratch. Begin by mixing and kneading your own dough, then dive into shaping techniques to create classic pasta styles like fettuccine, tagliatelle, farfalle and more. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or a beginner, this session promises fun and delicious results. Leave with the skills to impress your loved ones and take home your fresh pasta to use in your favourite recipes - perfect timing to wow your special someone for Valentine's Dinner! AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 14+ LEVEL: Beginner, no previous experience necessary MATERIALS PROVIDED Raw materials for dough (flour, eggs, salt) Bench scrapers Rolling pins Forks Plastic Wrap Knives Packaging to take pasta home All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. Up to 7 days before the workshop, registrations may be: - Held as a credit on file, or - Transferred to another workshop of equal or greater value - Both of these processes are subject to a $15 administrative fee. To request a credit or transfer, please email hello@studiomooi.ca with the workshop you wish to move to. Our team will follow up to assist. Within 7 days of the workshop, credits and transfers are no longer available. Within this 7-day period, you may send someone in your place. Replacement participant details (first and last name, email, and phone number) must be provided at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.
