Roll up your sleeves and join us at Studio Mooi for an unforgettable pasta-making experience! In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the art of crafting fresh pasta from scratch. Begin by mixing and kneading your own dough, then dive into shaping techniques to create classic pasta styles like fettuccine, tagliatelle, farfalle and more. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or a beginner, this session promises fun and delicious results. Leave with the skills to impress your loved ones and take home your fresh pasta to use in your favourite recipes - perfect timing for Thanksgiving Dinner! AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 14+ LEVEL: Beginner, no previous experience necessary MATERIALS PROVIDED Raw materials for dough (flour, eggs, salt) Bench scrapers Rolling pins Forks Plastic Wrap Knives Packaging to take pasta home All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable and you cannot reschedule or transfer to another class. Our facilitators customize, purchase and prepare the materials for each participant in advance. If you would like to send someone else in your place, that’s absolutely okay, however we will need for you to provide their name, phone number and email address 24 hours before the class scheduled time either by email or phone. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Should any updated COVID restrictions require us to postpone classes, your ticket will be moved to a rescheduled date or converted to a Twelve (12) month credit that can be used to rebook into an alternative class at a later date.
