An Old-School Butter Making Workshop
Workshop Description
Put on your best dairy hat and step back in time for a delightfully old-school butter-making experience.....think Little House on the Prairie meets Paint Night—with a lot more dairy. In this playful 2.5 hour workshop, step back in time and discover how simple cream transforms into butter. Participants will make their own butter, experiment with herbs, spices and specialty salts to create unique flavours, and get creative paint your own butter bell to create a one-of-a-kind piece for your kitchen all while wearing your own milk maid bonnet. PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is NOT DAIRY FREE. AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 12+ (with a participating adult) LEVEL: Beginner, no previous experience necessary MATERIALS INCLUDED: Enough supplies to create 115–125 g of butter Crackers for tasting Various ingredients to flavour your butter Butter bell to paint and personalize All paints and creative supplies All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know. BOOKING DETAILS Your reservation is only complete once full payment is received. When booking for four or more people into one workshop, please contact us by email at hello@studiomooi.ca directly to receive at 10% discount. Workshops require a minimum of 4 participants to run; if this minimum not met, the session may be cancelled and participants will be notified accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. Up to 7 days before the workshop, registrations may be: - Held as a credit on file, or - Transferred to another workshop of equal or greater value - Both of these processes are subject to a $15 administrative fee. To request a credit or transfer, please email hello@studiomooi.ca with the workshop you wish to move to. Our team will follow up to assist. Within 7 days of the workshop, credits and transfers are no longer available. Within this 7-day period, you may send someone in your place. Replacement participant details (first and last name, email, and phone number) must be provided at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.
