Workshop Description
07/19/24 |7pm to 9pm Join Kasia from Made by Me and learn how to create your own beautiful vegan soaps. Using only natural ingredients like essential oils, dried flowers, clay etc. you will learn the benefits of and techniques to create vegan soaps. At the end of the three-hour workshop, you will have created SIX bars of soap perfect for your own use or for gifting to loved ones. WORKSHOP DETAILS AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 14+ LEVEL: Beginner, no previous experience necessary MATERIALS PROVIDED Lye solution (3:1 water:lye) Olive oil Coconut oil Sunflower oil Clay Various flowers and botanical for holiday decorations Essential oils Sustainable pouches Please note: Soap needs to remain on the molds overnight to cure. They will be available for pick up the following day. For the best results: Allow 4 to 5 weeks for soaps to fully cure. All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable and you cannot reschedule or transfer to another class. Our facilitators customize, purchase and prepare the materials for each participant in advance. If you would like to send someone else in your place, that’s absolutely okay, however we will need for you to provide their name, phone number and email address 24 hours before the class scheduled time either by email or phone. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Should any updated COVID restrictions require us to postpone classes, your ticket will be moved to a rescheduled date or converted to a Twelve (12) month credit that can be used to rebook into an alternative class at a later date.
