Workshop Description
Join Kasia from Made by Me in our Cold Press Vegan Soap Making Workshop and learn how to create your own beautiful vegan soaps. Using only natural ingredients like essential oils, dried flowers, clay etc. you will learn the benefits of and techniques to create vegan soaps. At the end of the three-hour workshop, you will have created SIX bars of soap perfect for your own use or for gifting to loved ones. WORKSHOP DETAILS AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 14+ (with a participating adult) LEVEL: Beginner, no previous experience necessary MATERIALS PROVIDED Lye solution (3:1 water:lye) Olive oil Coconut oil Sunflower oil Clay Various flowers and botanical for holiday decorations Essential oils Sustainable pouches Please note: Soap needs to remain setting in the molds overnight to cure. They will be available for pick up the following day. For the best results: Allow 4 to 5 weeks for soaps to fully cure. All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. Up to 7 days before the workshop, registrations may be: - Held as a credit on file, or - Transferred to another workshop of equal or greater value - Both of these processes are subject to a $15 administrative fee. To request a credit or transfer, please email hello@studiomooi.ca with the workshop you wish to move to. Our team will follow up to assist. Within 7 days of the workshop, credits and transfers are no longer available. Within this 7-day period, you may send someone in your place. Replacement participant details (first and last name, email, and phone number) must be provided at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.
