Workshop Description
Welcome to our blossoming workshop! We'll start by giving you a petal-perfect overview of the art of flower pressing, including tips on how to press different types of blooms. You'll get to practice with a variety of flowers, so get ready to bloom with creativity! Next, you'll have the opportunity to craft your very own floral collage using beautifully pressed botanicals. Each participant will work on an 8” x 10” masterpiece, featuring an array of plants and flowers lovingly pressed in the Studio Fresh Press garden by our facilitator Sara. Everyone will get to pick their favourite flowers and paper colours, and you'll leave with a truly original piece that will be the pick of the bunch! MATERIALS PROVIDED: Paper Glue Brushes Pressed Flowers and Botanicals OPTIONAL: Frame add-on available in booking options - see varied pricing for more info. WORKSHOP DETAILS AGE APPROPRIATENESS: 14+ (with a participating adult) LEVEL: Beginner, no previous experience necessary All of our workshops include tea, coffee and something sweet. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know. BOOKING INFORMATION Your reservation is only complete when full payment is received. Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. Up to 7 days before the workshop, registrations may be: - Held as a credit on file, or - Transferred to another workshop of equal or greater value - Both of these processes are subject to a $15 administrative fee. To request a credit or transfer, please email hello@studiomooi.ca with the workshop you wish to move to. Our team will follow up to assist. Within 7 days of the workshop, credits and transfers are no longer available. Within this 7-day period, you may send someone in your place. Replacement participant details (first and last name, email, and phone number) must be provided at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. We are unable to transfer a credit after the class date has passed. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.
